Koji Express started with a single hibachi grill in Murfreesboro in 2012. Since then, we’ve only ever done one thing: serve fresh meals, prepared daily.
Our family learned restaurant and cooking traditions the way they should be learned — hands-on, from family. Our homemade sauces, including the Koji Sauce on every plate, are based on Aunt Anna’s original recipes, and the care that goes into them hasn’t changed since day one.

We prepare our ingredients fresh and skip the shortcuts. That means 100% white-meat chicken, 100% USDA Choice-grade sirloin, shrimp that’s peeled and deveined, and vegetables cut fresh each day. Our sauces are crafted in-house, and every meal is grilled to order.
