- Provide first-class service and build loyal, happy customers
- Prepare every plate to Koji Express standards — consistently and accurately
- Greet guests warmly and get to know the regulars
- Take orders and handle transactions following cash-handling procedures
- Keep the front and back of the store clean and running smoothly
