Koji Express started with a single hibachi grill in Murfreesboro in 2012, built on cooking traditions our family passed down from Uncle Be and Aunt Anna. From day one we’ve done one thing: serve fresh meals, prepared daily.
Our homemade sauces are based on Aunt Anna’s original recipes, our vegetables are cut fresh, and every plate is grilled to order — never frozen, never rushed past the point of flavor. What began as one neighborhood grill is now four Murfreesboro locations, and the promise hasn’t changed: high-quality, home-cooked hibachi, served fast.
